Opinion
The State Police appealed order of State Liquor Control Board dismissing citations against liquor distributor for engaging in illegal advertising. The Court of Common Pleas, Dauphin County, No. 696–MD–1991, Dowling, J., affirmed, and State Police further appealed. The Commonwealth Court, No. 558 C.D. 1992, Friedman, J., held that distributor did not engage in prohibited advertising by not preventing removal of price lists from its store, and (2) distributor's use of price list with newspaper advertisement informing customers that price lists were available on licensed premises was not prohibited. Affirmed. Procedural Posture(s): On Appeal.
